  • HZN Apparel specializes in custom-made, in-house printed apparel.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the ordering process, including size, design, and shipping address.

  • Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Custom Apparel

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final except for items eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying design specifications and sizes before submitting an order.

  • Size guides are provided for reference; it is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays or weather).

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses. HZN Apparel is not liable for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • For remote or rural locations, additional shipping fees may apply. Customers will be notified by email and given the option to approve or cancel before shipping.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • HZN Apparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our liability for defective or damaged products is limited to the value of the item(s) purchased.

  • HZN Apparel is not responsible for issues caused by customer errors (e.g., wrong size, design, or shipping information).
