HZN Apparel Shipping Policy

At HZN Apparel, we are committed to delivering premium, in-house printed apparel efficiently. This shipping policy explains our timelines and procedures to ensure a smooth delivery experience for all Canadian customers.


1. Processing Times

  • Most orders are processed within 2 business days.

  • Some items may take additional time depending on stock location.

  • Processing time is the period it takes to print, pack, and prepare your order for shipping.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.


2. Shipping Costs and Options

  • Flat rate shipping: $15 for orders under $100 (Canada only, standard areas).

  • Free shipping: For orders $100 or more (Canada only, standard areas).

  • Remote or rural locations: Some areas may incur additional shipping fees.

    • The extra cost will be calculated after your order is placed.

    • You will be notified by email and given the option to approve or cancel before the order ships.


3. Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic (Canada) delivery typically takes 3–6 business days after processing.

  • Total time from order placement to delivery is approximately 5–8 business days for most orders.

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or stock location differences.


4. Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

  • You can use it to monitor your delivery through the carrier’s website.


5. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost packages: Please report within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Damaged items: Email will.hazen@hznapparel.ca with a detailed description and photos for resolution.
