At HZN Apparel, we take pride in delivering high-quality, in-house printed apparel. Each product is made to order and tailored to your preferences. Due to the custom nature of our products, this return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while addressing legitimate concerns.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly customized (our error in design, size, or text), we will replace or refund the item.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Lost or Misdelivered Orders

If your order is lost in transit or delivered incorrectly due to our error, we will issue a replacement or refund.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong size, spelling, or address).

Buyer’s remorse or changes of mind.

Items that are worn, washed, or used.
3. Size Issues

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for size errors caused by incorrect customer selection.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
